Watch the accounts that matter: prospects, target accounts, competitors. The second they post, comment, or like, MultiFollow fires a trigger to your email, Slack, Clay table, or CRM, so you can reach out while the signal is hot.
Cold outreach works when the timing is not cold. Track your prospects and champions, get pinged the second they post or comment, and open your message with something they said minutes ago instead of last quarter. Sales teams that act on signals book more meetings because they show up in the moment.
Track your competitors' company pages and executives. Know instantly when they launch a feature, change their pricing, or start a hiring spree, and see when the buyers you track engage with their content, so you can counter while the conversation is still live.
Pipe every signal into Clay, n8n, Zapier, or your CRM through API webhooks. Enrich the person who posted, score the signal, draft the reply, and route it to the right rep automatically. Start from our ready-made Clay templates.
Recruiters can monitor and engage with potential candidates by tracking their social media activity. This allows recruiters to stay informed about candidates' achievements, thought leadership content, and industry involvement, enabling more strategic and timely outreach.
Journalists often need to monitor public figures' and experts' social media accounts to stay informed about breaking news, official statements, or developing stories directly from the source. Additionally, social media tracking helps reporters identify trending topics, gather quotes, fact-check claims, and understand public discourse around key issues in real-time.
Stock and crypto traders can gain early insights into market-moving news, announcements, and sentiment by following key figures like company CEOs, influential traders, and reputable financial journalists on social media platforms. Additionally, tracking official company accounts and crypto project teams can provide real-time updates about product launches, partnerships, and other developments that could impact asset prices before they're widely reported in traditional media.

A sales signal is an event that tells you a prospect may be ready to talk: they posted about a problem you solve, commented on a competitor's thread, announced a funding round, or started hiring. MultiFollow captures these events on Linkedin and X (Twitter) the moment they happen and delivers them as triggers you can act on.
Yes. Our free plan lets you track 1 profile on Linkedin and 2 profiles on X (Twitter), so you can see the signals flowing before you upgrade. Paid plans unlock more trackers, near real-time refresh, API webhooks, and team features.
Yes, our plans are prorated, so you can stop your subscription anytime. If you stop your subscription in the middle of a billing cycle, you will get a discount that will be automatically applied on the next invoices.

Most social media platforms allow you to "follow" or "subscribe" to a profile, but this option is very limited. First, following someone on social media does not guarantee that you will receive alerts for all posts and comments, as these platforms often limit the number of notifications you can receive and filter the content for you. Secondly, some activities simply cannot be monitored. For example Linkedin only notifies you about new posts, but not about new comments or new reactions. Last of all, when you follow someone on social media, this person sees that you are following her, which can be a problem in many cases. And if this person decides to remove you from her followers, you will stop being notified.
Yes we monitor social media accounts in real-time. The refresh rate is per second. You can expect to receive the notifications within a couple of seconds and up to 1 minute in case of temporary congestion.
You will receive an email. You can also set up an API webhook to automatically integrate the result into your system, or set up a Slack notification.
Yes. On plans that include API webhooks, every signal is also sent as a JSON payload to any URL you choose, in real time. Clay, n8n, Zapier, Make, and every major CRM can receive it. Our Clay templates show how to go from signal to outreach in minutes.
Yes, you will need to create a team for that and invite members to your team (make sure to subscribe to a plan that includes team management).
Yes you can maintain a large list of profile URLs in a CSV file and upload them all at once in bulk. Make sure to subscribe to a plan that includes bulk upload.
